Modern fire response and rescue operations demand speed, organization, and durability. Developed with these needs in mind, the Modular Resque Equipment Container offers a portable solution that ensures maximum efficiency in the field.
Structural Specifications
- Dimensions: 6 m (L) × 2.4 m (W) × 2.4 m (H)
- Transport System: Hook-lift truck connection compliant with DIN 30722 standards.
- Material: S355 structural steel chassis, 3 mm exterior sheeting, epoxy primer + RAL 3000 fire red finish.
- Shutter System: A total of 6 aluminum roll-up shutters (3 on the right, 3 on the left).
- Flooring: Phenolic plywood + anti-slip aluminum checkered plate.
Internal Layout and Equipment
The interior of the container is divided into three main sections for operational speed and ease of access:
- Left Section: Hydraulic rescue tools, lifting bags, hand tools, and fuel canisters.
- Center Section: Electrical control panel, generator, pump unit, and lighting equipment.
- Right Section: Triage and first aid kits, SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) cylinders, hose reels, and medical bags.
Each piece of equipment is placed in a numbered shelving system, facilitating easy maintenance and inventory control.
Electrical and Lighting System
- 220V external power inlet.
- IP68 LED bar lighting (both peripheral and interior).
- 24V DC converter and battery group.
This system ensures high visibility and a safe working environment during night operations.
